Police Surprise Mother After Baby Found Alone in Hobby Lobby Parking Lot

On December 19th, 2022, officers were dispatched to a shopping mall parking lot after receiving reports of an infant left unattended in a vehicle for more than 30 minutes. This is footage of the events that followed.
