Mind’s guided self-help model explained
Mind’s guided self-help model (also known as Active Monitoring and supported self-help) can help reduce waiting times for mental health support.
Itโs a six-week intervention based on the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and designed for adults who have mild to moderate symptoms of mental health problems such as anxiety or depression.
